Applications and prerequisites
Level 1 camp is open to everyone, beginners and non QS
Members included.
All other camps, riders must meet the minimum criteria at
time of booking. Level 2 and Level 3 camp riders must
have officially completed a minimum 1/2 of their assignments
from the previous level. Ultimate Horse Course riders must
have completed Level 2 minimum or have been accepted into
the Professionals Programme.
All Horseman’s Programme courses (Level 4, Foundation
Training etc) require a minimum Level 3 graduation.
Horses and Equipment
Courses include yarding / stables for one horse. Riders must
supply their own horse feed or order it locally to be delivered.
Details will be sent out with tickets. If extra days yarding is
required, prior arrangements must be made with head office
and a charge of $10 per day will apply. Feed must be supplied
for these days also. Please bring your own buckets and tubs.
Lease horses are available for $600 per camp. Feed and board
is included in this price.
You must bring your own saddle and all equipment with
you including roundyards for specified camps. If you
cannot bring your saddle, saddles can be hired for $50 per
camp and must be thoroughly cleaned before departure.
QS equipment is available for purchase at the Centre.
Stallions may only be brought with special and prior
permission from Shane and Meredith and the rider must be an
official Level 3 graduate.
Be sure to bring your homework cards.
Absolutely no dogs.
Seperate accommodation must be made for Free Lesson
Week.

Accommodation and facilities.
All meals and accommodation are included in camp fees.
Accommodation is via shared bunkrooms. All linen and bedding
is supplied. We have a student laundry available for communal
use. Please be aware we are on tank water only so use water
sparingly thankyou. There is a communal dining and study area
with wireless internet access if you wish to bring your laptop.
There are yards and stables for visiting horses, as well as an
arena and playground area and 20 acres of open riding area, with
logs, jumps, creeks and trails etc.
We are right in downtown Jimboomba. Only 45 mins from
Brisbane and the Gold Coast. 20 minutes from Mt Tamborine.
Airport transfers are via Airtrain from Brisbane Airport to
Brisbane and bus to Jimboomba, or Airtrain to Beenleigh. If you
require pickup from the train, please make arrangements well in
advance either with Head Office or a local student.
* Prices are in Australian dollars.
* Gold and Silver Ticket payments are due in full at time of
purchase. There are three (3) only of each of these discount
tickets and once they are sold, tickets then go to the next
discount price.
* Bronze Ticket balances are due in full by April 1st.
* If you cannot attend your camp and wish to sell your ticket,
please ensure the purchaser is aware of any outstanding balance.
* Students must meet the levels requirements at time of booking.
* QS equipment and clothing are available to purchase on site.
* Ultimate Horse Course participants should bring pen and paper.
* Please check in between 12pm and 5pm on the day prior to
your course commencing.
* Check out is before 12pm on the day after your camp ends.
* You may wish to bring your own torch as well as sunscreen,
snacks and drinks.
* Our weather is generally mild however it does pay to bring a
jacket and wet weather gear just in case.
